Each service is paid separately per semester: accommodation, electricity (₽180 × 6 = ₽1,080) and laundry services (₽197 × 6 = ₽1,182). Payment is made after signing the accommodation contract.

Documents required for dormitory check-in
- Passport (original)
- Medical certificate from a General Practitioner — epidemiological clearance certificate with a fluorography mark
- Photo for the student ID (3×4 cm)
- Semester tuition fee receipt
- To apply for a dormitory bed: the application form plus a registration certificate or two passport pages (full name and issuing authority page; registration stamp page)
- For minors: parental consent
- Benefit-eligibility documents if applicable: large family, second family member in full-time education, or SVO participant status of the student or a parent
